9. Refunds

If you are not happy with your cleaning or service, contact us within 24 hours to schedule a reclean of the areas in question. Please send any pictures if applicable and available. This helps us learn what we missed and help us not make the same mistake in the future. We will do our best to schedule a reclean for the earliest available date. Communication made after 24 hours requesting, may not be honored. Communication made 72 hours after service will not be honored.
