Before booking your cleaning services, it is important that you are aware of our pricing models, the add-ons we offer, and the different packages available. Knowing this will help you book the appropriate service for your home and there will be no surprises at the time of cleaning.
Common things to be mindful of when our cleaner arrive:
Clutter
If your home is too cluttered to clean, we will let you know how much the additional fee is for decluttings after our cleaners asses the clutter. If we’re not able to get in touch with you, our cleaners will clean the hours booked and clean around as much clutter as possible and you will be charged for the original cleaning. We may withdraw from the cleaning appointment if our cleaners feel that the clutter is too much (in the case of hoarding) and you will be charged a $50 fee for the forfeited appointment.
Pets
Please keep your pets in a safe place that allows our cleaners to complete the cleaning.
Dishes
We will only load the dishwasher, but we do not put dishes away. We also do not wash dishes for safety purposes.
